This Privacy Policy explains how Ties That Grow ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you visit tiesthatgrow.com or buy our products, including The Quiet Evenings System.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first name, last name and email address when you start an order or buy.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe (and PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you choose them). Your card number is sent directly to the payment provider and never reaches our servers. We receive only the payment result and basic details such as the amount.
- Usage information: pages you visit, the type of device and browser, and your approximate location (country and city) based on your connection. We do not store your IP address.
- Cookies and pixels: we use a small cookie to remember which version of a page you saw and to count visits, the Meta Pixel to measure our ads, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and anonymized session recordings; what you type in forms is masked and card details are never recorded). You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information

- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To send you emails about your purchase and, if you agree, helpful tips and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run our business: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), hosting and email delivery (Cloudflare), and advertising measurement (Meta). They may use it only to provide their services to us.

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, at any time. Our products are made for parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
